Need an explore JLG user account?
Agent Scenario #1: Your company currently has an "explore JLG" account administrator.
Contact your company's "explore JLG" account administrator.
Have your company's "explore JLG" account administrator create a new agent account.
Once the account has been created, you will receive an email with your new account information.
Login to "explore JLG" with your new account information. We recommend that you change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link in the top menu bar.
Agent Scenario #2: Your company currently does not have an "explore JLG" account administrator.
Request Agent Account
Click the "Request Agent Account" link above to submit new agent account request.
Fill out the form. All shaded fields are mandatory.
Click the Submit button.
Once your account has been approved and is set-up, you will receive an email with your new account information.
Login to "explore JLG" with your new account information. We recommend that you change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link in the top menu bar.
Customer Scenario #1: Your company currently has an "explore JLG" account administrator.
Contact your company's "explore JLG" account administrator.
Have your company's "explore JLG" account administrator create a new customer account.
Once your account has been approved and is set-up, you will receive an email with your new account information.
Login to "explore JLG" with your new account information. We recommend that you change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link in the top menu bar.
If you do not know your account administrator, please contact your Juno Lighting Group Sales Agency.
Customer Scenario #2: Your company currently does not have an "explore JLG" account administrator.
Contact your Juno Lighting Group Sales Agency to have them submit a request for an "explore JLG" account.
Once your account has been approved and set-up, you will receive an email with your new account information.
Login to "explore JLG" with your new account information. We recommend that you change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" at the top of the menu bar.
Forgot password?
Scenario #1: You remember answer to password recall question.
From the Login screen, enter your email address in the user name field.
Click the "forgot your password?" link.
Enter the answer to your password recall question.
Click the Submit button.
You will receive an email with a new password.
Once you receive your new password, you will need to login to explore JLG with the new password. We recommend that you re-change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link at the top of the menu bar.
Scenario #2: You do not remember answer to password recall question.
Please contact your "explore JLG" account administrator.
Have the account administrator reset your password reset question and answer to something you can remember.
After the password question has been reset. Click the "forgot your password?" link.
Enter the answer to your password recall question.
Click the Submit button.
If you do not know your account administrator, please contact your Juno Lighting Group Sales Agency.
Reset/Change password?
Scenario #1: Currently logged into "explore JLG".
Click the Change Password link at the top right hand corner of your agent menu.
Enter current password.
Enter new password.
Confirm new password.
Click the Update button.
Scenario #2: Currently not logged into "explore JLG", you do not remember current password, and remember answer to password recall question.
From the Login screen, enter your email address in the user name field.
Click the "forgot your password?" link.
Enter the answer to your password recall question.
Click the Submit button.
You will receive an email with a new password.
Once you receive your new password, you will need to login to explore JLG with the new password. We recommend that you re-change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link at the top of the menu bar.
Scenario #3: Currently not logged into "explore JLG", you do not remember current password, or answer to password recall question.
Please contact your "explore JLG" account administrator.
Have the account administrator reset your password reset question and answer to something you can remember.
You will receive an email with a new password.
Once you receive your new password, you will need to login to explore JLG with the new password. We recommend that you re-change your password by clicking on the "Change Password" link at the top of the menu bar.
